Session details
Everything is guided with you, from the warm-up, to the core of the workout, to the cool-down.
We focus on teaching you proper form to maximize the effects of every exercise you do while minimizing risk of injury.
Duration of every session is typically 50-55 minutes long.

Do you provide meal plans for weight loss/fat loss?
Instead of providing meal plans, I offer Nutritional Coaching & Education which comes included into your session packages at no extra cost to you.
Through Nutritional Coaching & Education, we work together to make small, impactful modifications that work with your current lifestyle and dietary habits. This will help you reach your goals without having to make drastic lifestyle changes. For clients with weight loss/fat loss goals, extreme and unsustainable dietary changes can often lead to short-term results, but very often leads to weight re-gain in the long-term.
With Nutritional Coaching & Education, I want to make sure that you not only get the result you are looking for, but also keep your hard-earned results for the rest of your life.
Do you offer senior discounts?
Yes! Seniors receive a 10% discount on both One-on-One and Buddy Training. You must be 65+ years of age. Valid proof must be presented.
How long are my sessions good for?
The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 4 months (120 days) from the date of the purchase. Personal training sessions are void after this time period and are forfeited without refund.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
In-person training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 2-3 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. Clients are allowed 1 “free pass” to the aforementioned term PER PACKAGE.
MyZone Heart Rate Belt - $59
Nexus Fitness utilizes the MyZone Heart Rate Monitoring System which allows us to not only identify the intensity at which our clients are exercising at, but also tailor their programs with heart-rate based training. The MyZone Heart Rate Belt is an optional purchase but is a highly recommended tool to invest in to enhance your training experience.
Each workout is designed with variations and accommodations to assure the plan is appropriate for you. Our trainers are highly skilled at adapting based on injuries or discomfort, and can always provide further alternatives for you upon request.
